This Flat-Incline-Decline (FID) Bench is more than just versatile, it's a must-have for those serious about getting in shape and reaching their fitness goals. All the benefits of a flat bench, an incline  bench and decline bench are combined in one compact unit. The benefit to the user is one tool can do multiple jobs. For example, look at a bench press exercise. In the incline position, it works the upper chest better. In the decline position, the focus is on the lower chest. Flat positioning builds mostly the middle parts of the pecs. One exercise, one tool, multiple options. Flat benches provide little to no back support. Exercisers have to constantly ensure they are positioned correctly to maximize the exercise and avoid injury. This FID Bench allows users to stay focused on exercising, because an adjustable FID Bench can be positioned to support the back and it automatically correctly positions the user. Seven available back pad positions along with four seat pad positions ensure proper positioning along with providing superior comfort. Not just for dumbbells and weights, the FID Bench is a great aid in non-equipment exercises as well. Sit-ups, curls, leg-raises, twists, push-ups and more present new challenges when done in an incline or decline position. While assembly is required for the FID Bench, no power tools are needed to put this unit together. Please note this is the FID Bench only. Weight bars, weight plates, dumbbells and all other accessories are available separately. The convenient footprint of 28" x 55" means the FID Bench can fit nearly anywhere. Frame is constructed of attractive 2" x 4" flat oval tubing. When in the Flat position, the bench is only 17.5" off the ground. Integrated wheels on the bench make relocating a simple task. Easy to clean needing just a warm, damp cloth and some mild soap.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you see any damage, especially to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you cannot open the package during delivery but speculate damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt upon possession.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@aareplacement.com and we will process immediate replacement and compensation on your end.

We ship in the USA via UPS, DHL, and USPS priority mail service. Rates for shipment are calculated based on the contents of the order at checkout.

Where Does My Order Ship From?

We ship most orders daily from our New York warehouse. Certain products are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer for the quickest delivery experience.

When Will My Order Ship?

We process orders daily with either USPS priority mail, UPS ground, and freight for larger items. Typical delivery times are 2-5 days from date of order for domestic shipments.

International shipment times will vary based on destination.

Shipping FAQs

Why does my package have signature confirmation without me opting in?

Signature confirmation is automatically applied to a shipment if an order is over $750. This is to prevent loss or theft, and to ensure that your package is delivered successfully. Upon any removal request of a signature confirmation, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or losses that incur. 

 What happens if my package is lost?

Anti-Aging Replacement is not responsible for any lost package in any event. If a package has been postmarked as 'delivered' or a shipping address has been entered incorrectly, Anti-Aging Replacement will not replace or refund an order if the package is missing. The package will be considered lost at the customer's expense. Please contact your shipping carrier to open a lost package claim or utilize shipping insurance that is offered. In order to ensure a successful delivery, please monitor shipping details with the provided tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Upon case evaluation, lost packages must be reported to us within 30 days of the package being shipped - in order to be submitted for resolution. Inquiries submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

In order to prevent lost packages, we highly recommend signing up with your shipping carrier for text or email updates to receive live tracking information. Please contact your shipping carrier for more details.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We are unable to change an order once it has been placed, but you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered. Please be sure that billing and shipping addresses have been entered correctly before completing your order.

If an item is shipped freight and you purchased installation, the supplier will reach out to you with additional information to come and install the product in your home.
