Description

Airgle AG600 uses Titanium Pro UV module, the next generation of photocatalytic oxidation technology. Specially designed to clean small to medium size rooms, it safely removes harmful particles down to 0.003 microns with an efficiency of 99.999%. Perfect for those with respiratory problems such as severe allergy and asthma, the AG600 will provide refreshing relief.  Third-party testing shows the AG600 achieves a 6-log reduction (99.9999%) in bacteria.

Titanium Pro UV’s surface is coated with titanium dioxide carrier, which can remove up to 99.9999% of bacteria from the air. Contaminants are instantly converted to harmless substances when irradiated with UV light. This module is patented in the United States.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you see any damage, especially to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you cannot open the package during delivery but speculate damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt upon possession.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@aareplacement.com and we will process immediate replacement and compensation on your end.

Where Does My Order Ship From?

We ship most orders daily from our New York warehouse. Certain products are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer for the quickest delivery experience.

When Will My Order Ship?

We process orders daily with either USPS priority mail, UPS ground, and freight for larger items. Typical delivery times are 2-5 days from date of order for domestic shipments.

International shipment times will vary based on destination.

Shipping FAQs

Why does my package have signature confirmation without me opting in?

Signature confirmation is automatically applied to a shipment if an order is over $750. This is to prevent loss or theft, and to ensure that your package is delivered successfully. Upon any removal request of a signature confirmation, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or losses that incur. 

 What happens if my package is lost?

Anti-Aging Replacement is not responsible for any lost package in any event. If a package has been postmarked as 'delivered' or a shipping address has been entered incorrectly, Anti-Aging Replacement will not replace or refund an order if the package is missing. The package will be considered lost at the customer's expense. Please contact your shipping carrier to open a lost package claim or utilize shipping insurance that is offered. In order to ensure a successful delivery, please monitor shipping details with the provided tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Upon case evaluation, lost packages must be reported to us within 30 days of the package being shipped - in order to be submitted for resolution. Inquiries submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

In order to prevent lost packages, we highly recommend signing up with your shipping carrier for text or email updates to receive live tracking information. Please contact your shipping carrier for more details.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We are unable to change an order once it has been placed, but you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered. Please be sure that billing and shipping addresses have been entered correctly before completing your order.

If an item is shipped freight and you purchased installation, the supplier will reach out to you with additional information to come and install the product in your home.
