The Airex Solid Balance Pad is a foam stability exercise trainer that's extremely firm and robust while featuring an optimum cushioning effect. These are terrific for balance, stretching, physical therapy, mobility, rehabilitation and core strength training. Lightweight, comfortable and non-slip, these mats are a must have for any functional training participants  along with every physiotherapist. Thanks to a higher density, these new pads are already indispensable in the rehabilitation field since it allows patients to adapt to the training quickly. The high density of the pad massively increases the degree of hardness, allowing training to be more varied since the body has to adjust to new stresses. Made from easy-to-clean, closed-cell foam with an "integrally molded skin" for extra toughness, they will never have to be disinfected as the pads contain integrated Sanitized protection. They gently absorb shock to prevent injuries and the textured surface areas prevent slipping and sliding. Rinsing after use with fresh water is all that's needed. Users then just shake off the excess water and allow to air dry. The boards are Latex-free. This is a case of 20 Airex Solid Balance Pads. The mats are waterproof, meaning they float, making them ideal for water therapy and other water-based exercises. These mats are durable to the Nth degree as the transverse ribbing pattern is molded into the mat to resist rips and holes. These Boards are safe in unexpected ways. The ends will remain flat and not curl over time, preventing tripping. The mats are also environmentally friendly as their recyclable materials meet CPSIA, REACH, and CA65 standards. Yes, at a size of 16" x 18", these mats are perfect for your workout and training sessions. They're also the perfect size to let your feet rest on them under your desk. Please note, after cleaning, to preserve the integrity of the mats damp products should never be stored in lockers or stacked in confined spaces.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you see any damage, especially to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you cannot open the package during delivery but speculate damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt upon possession.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@aareplacement.com and we will process immediate replacement and compensation on your end.

Where Does My Order Ship From?

We ship most orders daily from our New York warehouse. Certain products are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer for the quickest delivery experience.

When Will My Order Ship?

We process orders daily with either USPS priority mail, UPS ground, and freight for larger items. Typical delivery times are 2-5 days from date of order for domestic shipments.

International shipment times will vary based on destination.

Why does my package have signature confirmation without me opting in?

Signature confirmation is automatically applied to a shipment if an order is over $750. This is to prevent loss or theft, and to ensure that your package is delivered successfully. Upon any removal request of a signature confirmation, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or losses that incur. 

 What happens if my package is lost?

Anti-Aging Replacement is not responsible for any lost package in any event. If a package has been postmarked as 'delivered' or a shipping address has been entered incorrectly, Anti-Aging Replacement will not replace or refund an order if the package is missing. The package will be considered lost at the customer's expense. Please contact your shipping carrier to open a lost package claim or utilize shipping insurance that is offered. In order to ensure a successful delivery, please monitor shipping details with the provided tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Upon case evaluation, lost packages must be reported to us within 30 days of the package being shipped - in order to be submitted for resolution. Inquiries submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

In order to prevent lost packages, we highly recommend signing up with your shipping carrier for text or email updates to receive live tracking information. Please contact your shipping carrier for more details.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We are unable to change an order once it has been placed, but you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered. Please be sure that billing and shipping addresses have been entered correctly before completing your order.

If an item is shipped freight and you purchased installation, the supplier will reach out to you with additional information to come and install the product in your home.
